Terms & Privacy
These terms explain the rules for using CORE, and the privacy notice explains what data we handle and how. CORE (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”) is a professional platform connecting luxury hotels with the travel advisors who represent them. It is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Volokhotyuk Kirill Dmitrievich, based in St. Petersburg, Russia. By using CORE, you agree to what follows.

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using CORE, you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that company. If you do not agree, please do not use CORE.
2. Who can use CORE
CORE is built for travel-industry professionals — verified travel agents, hotel representatives, and corporate hotel accounts. It is not directed at consumers or anyone under 18. Agent accounts are activated through a verified invite key or after manual review; hotel representative and corporate accounts are created by CORE. We may decline or revoke access at our discretion.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details confidential. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Each account is granted access strictly according to its role, and you agree not to attempt to access data or features outside your role.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform. In particular, you will not: share confidential net rates, commissions, or members-only content outside the platform; scrape, copy, or resell platform data; attempt to breach security or access other users’ data; upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content; or use CORE for anything other than legitimate professional purposes.
5. Content & confidentiality
Rates, offers, and materials provided by hotels are confidential and intended for professional use within the platform. You keep ownership of the content you post (such as posts, trip reports, and profile information) and grant CORE a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the platform.
6. Intellectual property
The CORE platform — its software, design, and brand — belongs to Core Hotels and is protected by intellectual-property law. These terms do not transfer any ownership of the platform to you.
7. Bookings & third parties
CORE connects agents and hotels but is not the provider of the travel services themselves. Rates, availability, and special requests are subject to confirmation by the relevant hotel, and contracts for travel services are between you and that hotel. We rely on trusted providers (see the privacy notice below) to operate the platform.
8. Availability & disclaimers
We work to keep CORE reliable, but the platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information provided by hotels is complete or accurate at all times.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Hotels is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using CORE at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if required to protect the platform or its members. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
11. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Privacy Notice
1. Data we collect
We collect the data needed to run the platform: account details you provide (name, email, phone, company), the content you create (posts, contacts, saved places, bookings, messages), the questions you send to our AI assistant, and basic technical and usage data such as device and log information.
2. How we use it
We use your data to authenticate you, operate and improve the platform, connect agents with hotels, respond to your AI queries, keep CORE secure, and communicate with you about the service. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Legal basis
We process personal data under applicable data-protection law (including the GDPR where it applies): where it is necessary to provide the service (performance of a contract), where we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing the platform, where you have given consent (for example, non-essential cookies), and where we are required to by law.
4. Who we share with
We share data with the hotels and members you interact with, as needed to carry out your requests, and with the service providers that run our infrastructure: Supabase for authentication, database, and storage, Vercel for application delivery, and OpenRouter to process AI requests. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by their own data-protection obligations.
5. AI processing
When you use the AI assistant, your query is sent to OpenRouter solely to generate a response. We use it to answer your question and to improve the relevance of the platform — not to make automated decisions with legal effects about you.
6. Storage, security & international transfers
Your data is stored on infrastructure operated by our providers and protected in transit and at rest. Because those providers operate internationally, your data may be processed in more than one country; wherever it is handled, we take steps to keep it protected. 7. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymise it unless we are required to keep it longer for legal reasons.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, or receive a copy in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
9. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how the platform is used. You can manage your preferences at any time — details are in our Cookie Policy.
10. Changes
We may update this notice as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
